Hey Stangely , i am going to study game design and i wonder if you got any tips how to start and become good at using 3d programs like Zbrush , mudbox and such.

You do not need to answer if you feel you don't have the time or just do not wan't to.

Hey Max, make sure you have a clear calendar for a month, download a 30 day demo of your software of choice and watch as many online video tutorials as you can find while you do nothing else but practice... youtube is today's font of all knowledge

Zbrush is a tricky piece of software because of its 'unique' interface, but once you get to grips with it, it will free your mind.
It's also much cheaper than all the other major modelling programs
